1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trade Delta Cards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trade Delta Cards is a community marketplace platform that allows users to catalog their Delta Air Lines trading card collections and connect with other collectors to buy, sell, and trade cards. We facilitate connections between collectors but are not a party to any transactions between users.

3. Not Affiliated with Delta Air Lines

Trade Delta Cards is an independent fan-operated platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Delta Air Lines, Inc. All Delta trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain the property of Delta Air Lines, Inc.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or verification system
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Transactions Between Users

Trade Delta Cards provides a platform for users to connect but is not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions. Users are solely responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise. We encourage users to use secure payment methods and exercise caution when transacting with others.

7. Verification System

Our card verification system allows users to submit photos to verify ownership of cards. Verification is provided as a trust indicator only and does not guarantee authenticity or condition of cards. Verification status may be revoked if we determine it was obtained fraudulently.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of Trade Delta Cards. Card images are used for identification purposes within the collector community. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trade Delta Cards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, transactions with other users, or inability to access the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.
